Michał Głowiński, CEO, CTO

Michał has over 20 years of experience in technology supporting business growth gained mostly in large financial organizations, including working for a major global insurance company on a regional level.

• Leadership positions: Chief Technology Officer | Chief Information Officer | Digital Transformation Manager | Research & Development | Shared Services | Country Manager
• In 2017 he joined a market leading UK FTSE 100 Asset Management company to establish their first overseas Technology Hub.
• Successfully executed the vision of e-services provided to citizens by the government working as R&D Director at the IT centre of the Ministry of Interior.
• Worked in companies heavily using ERP, MRP and sales tools, including marketplace platforms.
• Operations and general company management, board member and supervisory board member experience.
• Responsible for the strategy, budget, application implementations, technology infrastructure (including cloud solutions) and processes optimizations.
• Effective team manager (up to 130 people).
• In 2018 winner of the 16th edition of the competition for the best CIO of The Year in Poland, organized by Computer World Magazine.
